Render

The Render tab is where you watch the whole piece end to end and export it.

Your scenes are stitched together in your browser — there is no server-side merge step and nothing to wait for. Edit a scene and it is reflected the next time you press play.

The player

The player stitches every completed scene clip in order, mixes in narration and music, and composites the presenter overlay and graphics on top. It sizes itself to your project's aspect ratio.

Controls include play/pause, a scrubber, volume, and a music on/off toggle. Turning music off is instant — it does not re-prepare the player.

If your browser cannot decode the source clips, the player falls back to a prompt to export an MP4 instead.

Exporting

Download renders the sequence to an MP4 and saves it.

Output resolution

Preset	What it does
Original	Keeps the source size. Fastest — can copy streams without re-encoding when nothing needs compositing
720p	Re-encodes to 720p on the short edge
1080p	Re-encodes to 1080p
4K	Re-encodes to 4K

Choosing a preset larger than your source footage upscales it; you gain file size rather than detail, and the app will tell you when that is happening.

Some features always force a full re-encode because they genuinely change pixels: rendered transitions (crossfade, dip), a presenter overlay, and graphics. Exports using them take longer than a plain stream copy.

Share

The share button on the player offers Export & copy URL. This always re-renders from your current scenes before copying, so a shared link never points at a stale pre-edit export.

Subtitles

Export an SRT subtitle file generated from your scenes' dialogue and narration, for uploading alongside the video.

Narration

Narration controls the project-wide voiceover — the narrator voice and its defaults. Individual scenes can override these on their own Audio tab.

Presenter overlay

When your project has a presenter, the Presenter overlay panel sets how their talking-head inset looks across the whole piece:

• Corner — which corner the inset sits in
• Size — inset width as a proportion of the frame
• Shape — rounded or hard-edged
• Transparent — render the presenter as a cut-out figure with no box, compositing them directly over the footage

These are project-level, so the presenter stays consistent from scene to scene. Which scenes actually show an inset is set per scene on the Avatar tab.

Graphics

The Graphics button opens the sequence-wide graphics editor — overlays that span the entire video rather than one scene, such as a watermark, channel handle, or persistent logo.

Sequence-wide graphics are timed against the full runtime and draw underneath any per-scene graphics. See Graphics.

Importing into a desktop editor

Exports are standard H.264 MP4 with AAC audio at a constant frame rate, which every major editor accepts — Premiere Pro, Resolve, Final Cut, CapCut.
